Weight Loss Workshop

Our Weight-Loss Programme is diet free and aims to change the way you think and feel about food. It combines, self-help, coaching and hypnotherapy.
Our programme is for you if:
- you struggle to control your weight
- you have difficulty sticking to diets
- you feel that weight affects your confidence
- you have lost weight in the past only to put it back on again

Treat Yourself to a Day of Relaxation
The aim of our Relaxation Sessions is not just to give you a single day of relaxation, but to provide you with tools and techniques which you can take away with you. These will enable you to integrate calm into your everyday life.
The Workshop will help you to:
• Bring calm into your life and manage stress
• Identify your personal relaxation style
• Identify your inner sources of calm
• Learn simple techniques to help you unwind
• Create a relaxation plan to fit your lifestyle.
Our cottage provides a quiet and relaxing venue to help you to achieve a relaxed state and the village of Ribchester is beautifully located by the River Ribble in the heart of the Ribble Valley.
A wander through the village and down to the river would provide the ideal supplement to a day of self-reflection and calm under our guidance.
Booking
You can book and get further details by phoning or contacting us by email. The day costs £40 and runs from 10am to 4pm. We ask that you bring your own lunch or buy a hot snack from our nearby cafe. We will provide light refreshments throughout the day.
Aspire Workshops

We are highly experienced in the fields of education and training and offer workshops on the following:

• Be Your Own Life Coach
This is mainly done in small, one day workshops, consisting of no more than 10 people.
We take an informal and non-threatening approach with our groups - believing that people learn best when they at ease, relaxed and enjoying themselves.
All participants who attend workshops receive an information pack on the topics we've covered, plus a voucher that entitles them to a Deep Relaxation Session with Aspire Therapy.
