A Thriving Lancashire Centre for Complementary Therapies
The launch of Longridge’s Kendal House Clinic under the new ownership of successful Osteopaths, Hilary and Robin Percival, was marked on Tuesday evening by a gathering of therapists from a wide range of different backgrounds.
The Lancashire based clinic already runs successfully from Clitheroe, near Blackburn. But Hilary and Robin, who have been offering sessions in Longridge for a while - first at Berry Lane Medical Centre and then at Maria’s Aromatherapy - have now taken over Maria’s and are developing the range of complementary therapies available there.
Apart from ourselves, who are running hypnotherapy sessions at the centre, new therapists have been taken on, offering treatments including homeopathy, dietary advice and emotional freedom technique.
To accompany the launch there has also been a good take up for the Complementary Therapies Course being run by therapists from the clinic, see our previous article.
The social gathering at the clinic in Longridge, Preston, was a good opportunity for therapists from both Longridge and from Clitheroe to meet up and exchange ideas. There is a huge amount of enthusiasm among the therapists and a lot of commitment to developing the clinic as a thriving Lancashire centre for complementary treatments.
