A Whiff of Complacency?

Is it just my imagination of does an air of complacency still surround the impending ban on smoking in enclosed public spaces?

With just 19 days to go now until the legal restriction on smoking comes into force it still seems that many pubs are doing nothing to prepare their customers for the new legal requirements.

In the pubs I have been into recently smoking seems to be as prevalent as ever, with little in the way of warning signs to prepare customers for the culture shock.
