What is Personality Profiling?

Have you ever wondered what kind of personality-type you are and how this affects your life and your relationships?

Why do you get on better with some people than others? Why do you react in the ways you do to certain people and situations?

Having a better understanding of the type of person you are and what makes you tick can make a significant difference to the way you live your life.

At Aspire Therapy, we offer in-depth Personality Profiling, using the Myers-Briggs or MBTI approach, which is the world's most widely used Personality Measure.

The MBTI has been in use for over 50 years and is based on rigourous research and development which supports its use as one of the most accurate means through which to explore Personality type.

It is a flexible, positive and constructive tool, which can be applied to a wide variety of different situations, including both Personal and Professional development.

For more in-depth information on the MBTI Personality Measure and its history and background, go to www.opp.co.uk/

An exploration of your Personality Type, using the MBTI will provide you with an indepth profile of your personality preferences, including strengths and areas for development. It is an enjoyable and engaging experience, which most people find very revealing and extremely accurate.

There are some interesting articles about this particular approach to Personality Profiling on the BBC Science and Nature website, plus some interactive exercises you might like to try.
