How To Find Us

We are situated in the historic village of Ribchester, in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley in Lancashire. We are within easy reach of Preston, Clitheroe and Blackburn.

From Preston

• Leave Preston on the A59 (New Hall Lane) to Blackburn
• At the junction with the M6 (the Tickle Trout roundabout), keep following the signs to Blackburn and Clitheroe, crossing two roundabouts.
• Then follow the instructions below, from the second bullet point.

From the M6

• Leave the motorway at Junction 31
• At the roundabout(s) keep following the signs for the A59 to Blackburn and Clitheroe
• You will now be on a dual carriageway.
• At the top of the hill take the left filter road approaching the traffic lights. The Swallow Hotel will be on your left. This road will be signposted to Clitheroe.
• You will soon pass British Aerospace on your right. Keep to this road for about another 4 miles, crossing one roundabout.
• Eventually, you will come to a set of traffic lights – turn left for Ribchester
• The road will wind down into the valley for approximately 2 miles.
• You will go past the D’Tablay pub on your right hand side and bend sharply to the left over a narrow bridge.
• After another half mile you will enter the village of Ribchester, passing the Ribchester Arms on your right.
• Take the first left into a small road (Greenside), and after 100 metres you will come to a car park on your left.
• Leave your car here and then follow the directions below.

From Clitheroe

• Follow the A59 to the Blackburn/Ribchester crossroads, just beyond Copster Green.
• At the traffic lights, turn right, following the sign for Ribchester.
• Then follow the instructions above from ‘The road will wind down’

From Blackburn

• Leave Blackburn on the A666 to Whalley and Clitheroe.
• At Wilpshire take the left branch at the traffic lights, passing through Salesbury, to the crossroads with the A59.
• Go straight across the traffic-lights then follow the instructions above from ‘The road will wind down’

On Foot From The Car Park

• We are just a two minute walk from the car park.
• Turn left out of the car park and follow the road round to the right. At the top of the road, you will come to Water Street.
• Turn right and walk down to number 18. We are low set cottage on the right with the white door.

Good Morning Michaela, I have been meaning to email you for over a week - this was not on muy list ! It is today !
I recognised that you had taken a great step last week - being totally self employed is never an easy step but you did it !
Could I trouble you for a copy of the questions from last night ? I did mine in a hurry and would like to do properly.
