HYPNOTHERAPY AND LIFE-COACHING

Standard rate: £35 per session  This includes the initial consultation of up to one-and-a-half hours and follow-up sessions of an hour.

Personalised CDs
These are sometimes an important part of the treatment and are charged at £7.50 each.

SPECIAL TREATMENTS

Weight Management
For this we offer a programme of five sessions charged at the standard rate. A personalised CD is an essential part of the treatment and costs an additional £7.50.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
We offer a six session programme of treatment for IBS at £40 per session. Following the initial consultation each session is accompanied by a personalised CD for use at home. These are included in the session price.

Smoking Cessation
This is usually treated in two sessions, with an additional follow-up session if required. The first session is an hour-and-a-half. The second session is an hour and is accompanied by a personalised CD. The cost of each session is £50. This includes the cost of the CD. The follow-up session, if needed, is charged at our standard rate.

WORKSHOPS

One day workshops cost between £70 - £90 per person, depending on the nature of the session and the venue. This includes an information pack, lunch and refreshments, and a voucher for a free relaxation session with Aspire Therapy.
